Can't add shared folder on Outlook Mobile if shared with specific permissions

This problem occurred over a year ago and was apparently fixed:

I am seeing it again. If I assign specific permissions, for example 'Reviewer', to the Inbox of a mailbox, when I try to add the shared mailbox to Outlook Mobile I get an "Authentication failed" message telling me "You may not have the right permissions to add this mailbox or this mailbox doesn't exist." If I simply give the user full permissions to the mailbox from the EAC it can be added.

As per your description, l understand that shared mailbox assigned with Full Access permission via Exchange Admin Center can work well on Outlook for mobile but shared mailbox assigned with Reviewer permission via Exchange Online PowerShell cannot work well on Outlook for mobile. You have already done some troubleshooting steps but issue persists. If l misunderstood anything, please correct me.

According to the error code your provided, it looks like you may not have the right permissions to add this mailbox or this mailbox doesn't exist. Since we are not the expert about Exchange Online PowerShell scripts, we sincerely suggest you post your problem in Microsoft Exchange Online Management - Microsoft Q&A for more professional assistance. I assign permissions by right-clicking the folder, for example 'Inbox', clicking 'Properties', then clicking the 'Permissions' tab. No PowerShell necessary. As you will see in the link I shared to a previous problem, this has worked in the past but is now not working. (Again.)
