Can't access my email

I recently started an Outlook email account, then decided to change the address to something simpler. I added the new email address and deleted the old one. Now when I try to access it, I am told that it has been locked and I have to go through a series of questions to unlock it. The problem is that it is such a new account, I have hardly sent any emails from it, which makes it difficult to authenticate (given the limited information that can be submitted on the form). Is there a way to contact a customer service agent to discuss the issue and get access to my email?

I'm an independent advisor and I'm here to help you. I'm sorry you are having difficulty regaining access to your account. Unfortunately, the only way to recover your account is through the account recovery form, as indicated at the following link. You can re-submit the form at least twice a day.

Also, please check the link below for tips and general guidelines when filling out the form. Make sure to go through the recommendations. It is necessary to provide sufficient information, otherwise the recovery procedure is not successful.
