i am also facing same problem

1.)from last 2 weeks when outlook new upgrate to preview 

2.)i am using email account threw web and email set up in mobile (blackberry) 

3.)when i logging error is occur

suggest me soon because i am losing my business and not able to communicate via email

I suggest you to use another browser and check if you are able to access the Email account.

Yes this problem is there in outlook.com website, since you MS guys got the new Outlook Preview I'm also facing this problem, it ridiculous as the company of such magnitude can get the product that is not even tested properly. 

To be precise I've tried all different browsers on different computer with different ISPs the problem still remains. You need to check your server back end to resolve this issue. Please get it done ASAP, else most of the people like me would shift the mail services.

Still not working, tried 3 different browsers didnt work at all, need my email back almost 2 months without service, y  pay a monthly subscription and i cant access to my email account or sycn it up with desktop outlook come on this is urgent and important, as everyone said since you update to preview option, the emails just screw up.
