All Hotmail account sent emails returned identified as spam

Suddenly both our hotmail email accounts have the problem pasted below.  I note this has been a recurring problem discussed in past community dialogues but the solutions provided do not correct the problem.  The content of these messages is not spam.  Please in non-tech language let me know how to resolve this issue.  

We made no changes, but this problem comes on the heels of a Microsoft Outlook update

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

*** Email address is removed for privacy *** (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

Diagnostic information for administrators:
Generating server: DB8EUR05HT040.mail.protection.outlook.com
*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam. AS(4567)'

There are currently issues with the Outlook.com service. Users may be unable to log in, or send and receive emails through Outlook.com. The issue is being actively worked on by Microsoft Engineers.

Same thing with my email today from 9.30 GMT UK.

Remote Server returned '550 5.7.520 Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam. AS(4567)'

  I hope you have success soon in fixing this. Outlook is being rejected by all  in my  Address book.Kind Regards Brian

Thank you Microsoft for fixing this problem.  It took a lot of personal time to find that it was not a problem in my system.  However, I have experienced several problems in the past which arise after an update.
