Adding a mail3.gridhost.co.uk email account on Outlook 2016

I'm trying to add a mail3.gridhost.co.uk email account on Outlook 2016.  I've tried on my laptop and on the app on my android without success.  On my laptop I keep getting to the end where you get the opportunity to 'save the password' and it comes up that the imap is dropped.  Please can you help?
