Actions tab missing/cannot recall messages

You have posted your question to a forum that if for Word, not Outlook.  

Have you used the "Tell me what you want to do" facility to get assistance on "Recall Message".  If you do that, you will see the conditions under which such an action can take place and how to go about it.

If you need more assistance, post to the Outlook forum.

Thanks for your post. I have moved this case to Outlook.

To recall a message, first please double click on a sent email to open it in a new window. Then on the Message tab, you can see the Actions tab, click it and you can recall the message from here. Here is an article for your reference: Recall a message.
