Just to clarify, Is this happening when you use a different browser?
If not, one initial troubleshooting step we can do is to clear your cache and cookies or try using an incognito window if your using Google Chrome.

when I receive a WORD attachment it has a W symbol and I can open. The 440LoginTimeout occurs when the attachment has the usual W symbol, but also shows a cloud. I am speaking to the sender about this, but maybe you have a thought
