440 Login Timeout happened in outlook.com email

I'm trying to download attachments from my Outlook.com email. It won't download, and instead, shows this 440 Login Timeout screen. This has been persisting since Wednesday, 27 September 2017. Any help will be appreciated, please.

Details as follows: This error appeared when downloading any attachment. Actually one IT support staff came to fix our company's scanning problems for printer and he told us he sorted out some kind of security issues from email remote server which may called IIS. It still works on my mobile app while failed to open in any one of computers of our company and also happened either IE explorer or Google chrome . I have tried to clear up all the history,cookies and caches in browsers. All the efforts do not work!

Hopefully anyone can give me advise. Thanks in advance!

Possible reason why you cannot download any attachment is that there's a restriction or security in your company's network. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you contact your IT department as they are the department that can best assist you.
