Hi, my OneDrive never loads anymore. I live in China, anyone else experiencing this problem?

It says something like OneDrive is not loading/working right now. Please try again. I don't exactly know because right now it's saying that my connection is not safe, which is not true.

1. Were you able to sign-in to your OneDrive account before?

2. Are you able to open other Microsoft related services (such as Outlook.com, Xbox live, etc) using the same ID?

3. Which web browser are you using? Have you tried if using a different web browser?

4. Have you tried accessing your OneDrive account through another network connection?

Kindly, check the current service status of OneDrive.

1. Yes, I have. This problem started a while ago.

2. Yes, I can access Outlook.

3. I have used both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.

4, It seems to be accessible through a proxy. Does it not work in China?

Do you face similar issue using Internet explorer?

What exact error message do you get?

Did you check if you face similar issue using another internet network?

Please provide us the screenshot of the error message you are getting, in order to investigate the issue further.

It's the same on IE. Now it shows a different error message, one that usually appears when you're trying to access a blocked website.

What error message do you receive in Internet Explorer?

I suggest you to follow the steps from the article below and check if the issue persists in Chrome.

Please post back with the status of the issue after trying the steps provided by Arvind Ram in the previous post. Meanwhile, I also suggest you to try to login to OneDrive from a different computer\device and check if you can login without any hassle.
