OneDrive update is required - real or bogus?

I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10 a few weeks back and everything was fine. About 2 days ago I started receiving a popup every time I turn the computer on stating that MS OneDrive needs to be updated. I always clicked cancel as it did not seem legit to me but I actually hit update once by mistake and upon doing so it opens up a browser and it tries to open/download OneDriveSetup.exe from https://oneclient.sfx.ms. I have screen shots from the original popup and the resulting popup if I hit update below. I tried searching for some information online but could not find anything. Is this legit or is it just some malware/Trojan?

The original popup when I turn the computer on

The second popup through a browser this time if I click on "Update OneDrive" above

This download link is legit. If you go to the official onedrive website (https://onedrive.live.com/about/pt-pt/download) and try to download onedrive it will open a windows with the same link "fom: https://oneclient.sfx.ms"
