Changes in support in OneDrive forum

Hello Community,

OneDrive is continuously improving the product and support experience.  The best expert help is now available inside the OneDrive apps! Technical assistance is moving to OneDrive in-app support. 

On April 21st, the OneDrive forum will be completely locked without the ability to create new questions or post replies. Please save any content or threads you find important.  The OneDrive forum will remain in read-only state until June 20th, 2018, when it will be archived. 

OneDrive free technical support is always available through support.office.com, OneDrive.com and the OneDrive apps. 

  • In the OneDrive mobile app, shake your device while you're in the OneDrive app.
  • On other devices, sign in to OneDrive.com from any browser, click the ? help icon on the top banner of the page and select Email OneDrive support. Submit your question and follow the prompts to request support.
