works 9 will not print in windows 8.1 using hp c4480

works 9 will not print in windows 8.1 using hp c4480. hpc4480 will print using Lotus3.1

what must I do to correct this. I have uninstalled and re-installed works9 but can not print.

Just a guess...but maybe you need to reinstall or update
your Printer Driver:

(FWIW...it's always a good idea to create a System
Restore point before installing software or updates)

Good guess and I had tried that ..  didn't seem to matter as did setting Works

to Windows 8 Compatibility mode.

BUT, copying and pasting the file into a new file in Works or Lotus solved the problem

or at least worked around it!!
