Question

Q: Error message when trying to modify my web pages

For the past two days I've been getting the following error message when attempting to make any changes to my web pages:

[Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIXMLHttpRequest.send]"  nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)"  location: "JS frame :: http://cdn1.officelivecontent.com/2.02.2602.0/WebHosting/WebSitePageEditor/js/1033/default.aspx.js :: anonymous :: line 1"  data: no]

I tried contacting support but I get an error message when trying to send the email from the "contact support" page.

Answer

A:

Which program do you use to make changes to my web page? Do you use publisher, FrontPage or internet explorer?
