OneNote section drop down not working

Hi there

I am having problems using the drop down "Show the rest of the sections." I can open the section if i search for it but when I click on the drop down arrow nothing happens!! Occasionally when I click it, the other sections flash for a second, but not long enough for me to click to the section.

I have tried closing and reopening the notebooks but aside from that I'm not sure what I can do to fix it. I can't seem to find any info on this online.
