Settings missing in Trust Center

Hi,

I'm running Office 365 on 3 different machines, all Win7 32bit Home edition. No issue of any kind on 2 of them, but on the 3rd one, it seems the Trust Center is somehow bugged.

And since pictures speak louder than words, I'm attaching 2 screenshots:

1) Trust Center with all the options available:

2) Trust Center with some security options missing:

I've searched my registry, in HKEY_CURRENT_USER for any instances of "FileOpenBlock" with no success.

I already did a clean uninstall/reinstall of the whole Office Suite with no success either.

Any idea/input as to what's causing this bug?
