Need info on Office 365 spam email filter / message delivery options

Hello,

First time posting on  this forum; thanks for your time in looking into this.  We have a customer who sent in the following request:

Recently our Office 365 emails have a new feature where emails are quarantined and not received until the end of day instead of junk mail.  Is there a way to turn this off?

I went to check the spam delivery settings to see if I could set the option for spam / junk email notices to be immediately sent as they come in, not as a summary at the end of the day.  I tried to set the delivery notice to 0 days but it would only accept a value between 1 and 15 (guessing 15 or something close).  Is there a way to reset this option to the way it was working before last week without disabling the spam filter?

Thanks,

GG

There is no such option in Outlook 2013, the ISP may have a setting

Thanks, they're on Office 365 and do not have a dedicated mail server.  The conversation I had with the customer was that they were receiving spam alerts as they came in.  Unfortunately, some very time-sensitive emails did not reach users until it was too late and cost them business.  Ironically, it started around the time  Microsoft rolled out the Exchange Online protection feature last month.

If it continues, we'll probably have to move them back to a dedicated server.  Thanks for the help; if anyone knows how to change the setting from the Office 365 admin console.

Thanks,

GG
