Cannot activate Office 365 Home

After upgrading the windows 10, I uninstalled office 365 from the new win 10 installation and deactivate the related copy.  After reinstalling Office 365 , it failed to activate.  and unlicensed product is shown on top of the applications:

I'd tried to activate the product by entering micorsoft account log in information:

But after trying to sign in, only the sign in window close and nothing happened for the activation, still show:

Same problem. On my PC Office is activated, but not on my Surface Pro 3. It was however activated on both during the Insider program.

I spent a long time on MS chat, they reinstalled it in a remote session but to no avail. After almost 2 hours, I quit..
