As I understand you are facing issue while trying to download and install the Office suite. Let me assist you with the issue.

Is it wired or wireless internet connection?

This error might occur due to multiple reasons like:

· Internet connectivity

· 3rd party programs conflicting with the software download

· Corrupted Office keys on the computer etc.

In order to troubleshoot the issue related to Office installation, you may try the steps below:

Step 1:

If the download was successful and it failed during the installation, then try repairing the installation and check if it helps:

Step 2:

If the download was not successful, then run the fix it from the article below to remove the traces of Office completely from the computer:

Note: Try to save the fix it tool to the desktop and then run it to remove Office.

Step 3:

  • If you have a wireless connection, try downloading Office with the wired connection.
  • You may try downloading the program with different browser and check if it helps.
  • Also try deleting browser cookies and temporary files and check if it helps.

Note: Ensure to save the file and then try to run the setup file.

Step 4:

If the above steps fail, start the computer in clean boot mode and try to download the program.
