I have Office 365 and was just offered and upgraded to Office 2016. All seems to be working perfectly except Outlook 2016. When I launch it I get the startup screen but it hangs on "Processing". It never gets to the mail screen. Right now, it's been doing it for 10 minutes.
A restart of my PC has no effect. I even totally uninstalled Office from my PC (entire suite) restarted and installed Office 2016 from scratch (instead of upgrading from 2015).... still the same problem. I can not use Outlook or get further.
I had no problems with Outlook 2015.
Any thoughts on what this glitch is and how to get around it?
