Folder Pane in Outlook 2016 keeps disappearing

Since the Win 10 update, in April the Folder Pane in Outlook keeps disappearing in spite of me selecting the "Normal" setting repeatedly.  Stays in place while Outlook is open but does not show when Outlook is re-opened.

It used to be fine until the update and it is really annoying.

The Outlook Product Team has implemented a fix for this issue.  It will ship in the next major update which will be version 16.0.7167.xxxx.  There might be another interim update before this one so check the version to make sure.  This build is scheduled to go out to insiders in the next few days and to production after that.  I would expect it by end of next week if no issues are reported by insiders.
