Click inside the "Press New Shortcut Key" input box. Try each of the shortcuts. When you use one of the shortcuts, look to the left and below the white "Current Keys" input display box. Below that box and above the "Save changes in" drop down the current
command the shortcut is assigned to will be displayed.
CTL Z should be EditUndo
CTL C should be EditCopy
CTL V should be EditPaste
You can assign those command to the shortcuts to fix the problem.
OR, assuming the dialog says the Save Changes file is "NORMAL.DOTM" you could try resetting it. Close word. Find your NORMAL.DOTM, rename it. Start Word. NORMAL.DOTM will be regenerated. See if that fixes the problem, and if it causes any others.
