I am writing to get support regarding Windows 7 Enterprise OS and Office 2013. We have experienced the following issue with PC’s (this issue does not concern notebooks):
PC is connected to a monitor and projector (or two monitors). Display settings by default are ‘Duplicate’. Then we start Powerpoint 2013. When starting slide show with ‘Presenter view’ we can see slides and notes on both monitors (the display of the second monitor has not automatically changed to ‘Extended’ view). We have tested this issue with some PC’s and it is the same with all of them. However, everything works fine with notebooks, but we cannot use notebooks for some workplaces and we need to use personal computers for that purpose.
Would appreciate help.
