Outlook 2013 is stuck at the loading profile screen
Outlook was working fine and then yesterday I tried to open it and it get stuck at the "Loading Profile" screen. I have restarted my computer, tried to kill any processes related to outlook and it still gets stuck. What do I need to do to fix this? I am

Hello - I had the same problem and I tried restoring to a previous point, repairing Office, etc. to no avail. I only found what the problem was when I went to the .pst files and tried to rename them to see whether Outlook was getting stuck on a bad .pst
file. To my surprise I couldn't rename one of the .pst files because it was "being used by an application" even though Outlook was closed. I realized it had to be an indexing service. Sure enough Copernic was "indexing data" and it wouldn't let me stop it.
I killed all the Copernic processes from the task manager and then Outlook opened immediately. Once I found what the problem was it was really easy to solve. Hope you find this helpful.
