How to forward a received email and copy all at same time?

Hi,

What about a forth button on Outlook in addition to the three standard (reply, reply all and forward)?

The forth is to be called Forward and Copy to All...

To explain how it works, I will give an example:

I received an email from Ahmed and it was copied to Yasir and Ali. I want to forward the same email to Omar while copying to Ahmed, Yasir and Ali.

With a click on "Foward and Copy to All"; Ahmed, Yasir and Ali will appear in the "Cc" field and I can specify the recepient in the "To" field; Omar in this case.

I think it is a useful feature.

I'd hit reply and add the new address - change the RE to FW. But, you can do it using VBA.

A code sample is here: Forward and CC message
