How to change the sender's email address in mail merge?

I have create a word file and I have started the option of mail merge. I want to send the corresponding content to the respective people using mail merge and I want to use my particular email address as the sender's address. I have selected that particular email address as the default email in my outlook. However, after sending the emails, I have found that the sender's email is not the one I have selected as default but the one I usually use in my outlook. Could anybody here tell me how to change the sender's email address in mail merge? Thank you very much.
