Windows 10 Upgrade makes Office 2013 license to deactivate

I have upgraded my OS from Windows 7.1 to Windows 10 Home.  I had Office 2013 purchased license which was activated on my Windows 7.1 for more than 2 years.  After upgrade to Window 10, when I open any office product, it says "Sorry, we are facing temporary server issues".  i have uninstalled and re-installed fresh but the issue still persists. I don't know find any article online to resolve this issue.  Hope someone can help me here.

I figured out the issue.  I have opened Internet Explorer (not Microsoft Edge).  Press Windows key, and start typing Internet Explorer to see the app.  Click Internet Explorer --> Tools --> options -->Advanced Tab --> click Reset.

After that, restart your PC, Open any office application, click Activate.  It will ask for the email id associated with the license to Activate license again.  If you don't remember email id, there is an option to enter Product Key.  Click the hyperlink on the Login screen, enter product key, and Activate.

This is an example of how Microsoft treats its users!!!
