A T-Chart is basically a table with two columns and two or more rows. You can set borders to achieve the visual effect that you want.

If you want a title row that stretches across both columms, select the first row and click Merge Cells in the Layout tab of the ribbon (under Table Tools), then set the horizontal alignment to Center.
