Document properties. Origin 'Company' field

I am using Windows 7, Office 2010. Any document I create has in the properties section an origin area with a company name shown. How can I change this default for all documents ?

This would require a registry change.  There is a MS knowledge base article for changing it with Office 2003 and 2007 but I didn't find one for Office 2010.  Basically you just need to open the registry (as the article explains) search for the key values that contain your existing company name and change the value to the new name.
