PowerPoint 2010 font

I have a problem with font in PowerPoint 2010.  I work in Telecommunication firm and I have to use Tele Grotesk Nor font when doing presentations. When I have one presentation opened (in Tele Grotesk font) and if I open another one (with another font, e.g. Calibri), the first one will overtake the font of the second one.  If I close the second one, font of the first one returns to normal (preset font – Tele Grotesk Nor).  Also, if I send my presentation with Tele Grotesk Nor font to anyone else in my firm they will get a presentation with totally different font (although we have the same version of PowerPoint and although they also have that font in their MS office). And this happens to all of us in the department, not only me. I embedded font of my presentation but that did not help. I do not know if the problem is in Tele Grotesk Nor font, or in PowerPoint, but I would really appreciate if you have a solution for my problem!

First, make sure that you have a Windows-supplied printer driver installed on your computer and set as the default printer driver, at least as a test.  PowerPoint can entertain you with all sorts of mischief if you don't.  This explains a bit more about why this is and how to perform the test:

If that doesn't help, let us know.  Also, are you or your company licensed to distribute this font, if only temporarily?  Perhaps one of us can install it and try to reproduce the problem.

Unfortunately, above suggested did not help solve the problem. My college and I tried it out, but the problem with font overtaking still exists.

Regarding your question if my company is licensed to distribute this font, I am really not sure, I could ask my superior.

Do you have any other suggestion for solving the problem?

I can't think of any other suggestions at the moment ... I've never seen or heard of anything quite like this before, really.

Ah, one other thought ... does the problem occur only when using this particular font or does it happen with others also?
