outlook 2010 printer error

Running Office 2010, Windows 7 home premium, and an HP Laserjet 2035n connected as a network printer. All apps print fine except Outlook. When printing an email, the 2035 shows a cartridge error which I clear by pressing the ok button on the printer. Then the 1st page prints ant the printer shows a paper jam. I clear by pressing ok, the next page prints, and another paper jam error and so on. There is no actual paper jam or catridge problem, just the error light on the printer. Word, Excel, Acrobat all print fine, only Outlook causes errors. Suggestions?

Refer the thread and check if it helps:

If the above thread does not help, try to change the default printer to XPS Writer or OneNote driver and check if it works. Refer the link on hoe to change the default printer:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Change-your-default-printer?SignedIn=1

If changing the default printer works, then delete the network drive and re-install it.
