Have always used Outlook for sending & receiving all my mail accounts but not am receiving the above message on one of my aol accounts. I have noticed that when I click on that account in Outlook, the bottom toolbar indicates that a filter is applied and
that it is disconnected.

Thank you for your quick response. Checking the accounting settings is the first thing that I did. In checking more, I noticed that on the bottom tool bar it was indicating that it was disconnected whenever I opened the AOL Inbox so I started searching
that notice. It seems I simply had to shut down Outlook completely and reopen. Now it is working. Outlook pretty much stays open all the time and I never had this issue on my last system. This is a new computer running Windows 7.
