I'm sure this is an easy one, but how do I set up my inbox in outlook 2010 to auto refresh with new emails, been looking for the option or anything related and cant find it and I'm tired of pressing F9. Thanks.

Go to the Send/Receive tab on the ribbon, click Send/Receive Groups | Define Send/Receive groups. Turn on "Schedule an Automatic..."
One word of warning - you shouldn't set that interval to more often than maybe every 10 minutes, every 5 would be the absolutel minimum I'd set. If you set too often you run the risk that Outlook could start the next download before finishing the previous
download and that could cause duplicate messages and other possible issues.
