I'm getting "Mail Delivery System" Emails

I'm using Microsoft office 2010.  I'm getting "Mail Delivery System" Emails

[Return Code 550] sid: PVMD1n00g27j14R01 :: 5.1.1 Not our Customer


My ISP is Go Daddy.  I'm get 250 Relays per day on Go Daddy's server.  However, I'm getting 230 "Mail Delivery System" Emails per day which maximize my 250 Relays per day quota.  Then I cannot send any emails out on Outlook 2010 until the next day when my 250 Relays per day quota begins again. 

   My Norton Antivirus hasn't found/identify any viruses. 

   What are the steps in getting rid of the "Mail Delivery System' Emails permanently so that I can STOP them?

What do you mean by I'm get 250 Relays per day on Go Daddy's server? Are you receiving the Delivery/Read notification emails on Outlook 2010?

Are you receiving the same on the Go Daddy server, when you login to their webmail using a browser?

Are you requesting for a Delivery Receipt/ Read Receipt while sending the emails?

My money is on Norton, if you have it setup to scan your email, their email scanners are notorious for stuff like this. Uninstall it, then re-install without the email scanning components.

   Yes, I'm receiving the Delivery/Read Notification emails on both Outlook 2010 and Go Daddy's server when I login to their webmail using a browser. 

   Yes, 99% of the time I request a Delivery Receipt/Read Receipt while sending the emails.

Hi Hal Hostetler,

   I think you are correct because I didn't have the problems until I renewed with Norton.  I upgraded to Norton 360, and I had to uninstall Norton 360 because my wireless printer stopped printing.  Then, I reinstalled Norton Antivirus, and my emails were scanned.  My wireless printer started printing, but I continued to get "Mail Delivery System" Emails.

   I'll contact Norton to uninstall the Norton Antivirus, and reinstall Norton Antivirus without scanning the e-mails.
