How do I replicate my server email folder to my local HD using MS Outlook 2010???

My email server deletes email over time. I want my email folder on the server to be replicated on my local HD (just like I used to do in Outlook 2007) -- but have no idea where MS put that feature in 2010, nor what it is called. Please help!

To answer your query:

You can either manually export the data to a .pst file regularly.

Refer to the section marked as ‘How to export .pst file data’ in the following article:

Set Outlook 2010 to auto archive every few days.

Refer to the section marked as ‘How to export .pst file data’ in the following article:

Create a rule to move a copy of the message that you receive and another rule for the message you send, to move to a .pst file.
