We have not had this problem in the past, but we have been trying to send an email to 50-80 recipients and we keep getting this message. and then by the next day we get an undeliverable message.

Our method for sending a mass email to this same group as always worked up until last week.

1.       What type of email accounts are you trying to configure in Outlook? (e.g., POP, IMAP, MAPI or Exchange)

Answer: Outlook 2010 on a SBS using exchange

2. Are you able to send emails to single contact?

Answer: Yes I can send to a single contact this is happening when I BCC: a mass group.

Have there been any changes to Exchange?

 

Many servers deny sending mail to more than 50 contacts at a time. Check with your Exchange Admin to see if they installed any updates, hotfixes, or made any changes first.

 

If not, please post back the exact undeliverable message.
