Repair the Outlook 2010 installation following the steps mentioned below and check if the issue occurs.

In Microsoft Windows, click the Start button, and then click Control Panel. Then click Programs and Features. Right Click the name of Microsoft Office 2010 suite, and then click Change and click repair.
