How do you keep text and picture on the same line in ON? (Wrap text around Picture)

If you open OneNote Guide notebook that comes with the installation, the example notebook has pictures on the left and text on the right. It's kind of like in Word where you can wrap text around a picture.

But no matter how I tried, I can't put text besides the picture within the same area, it has to go under or above the picture.

How did they do that in the OneNote Guide?

I think they used a 2 column table + suppressing it's border.
