New Computer crashed and have to reinstall Office. How do I reinstall Office because it says to go to www.office.com/getkey but then asks to enter Pin number but once installed it won't accept Pin number. How do I get around this ****?
You don't get around that part. PIN activation is one time only. You need to have a written copy of the PK, or access to the HD it was originally installed on (before Windows is re-insatlled on the HD), or a backup of the HD with Office activated on it

How did the computer "crash"? How was it fixed? There is a slight chance you can still recover the PK depending on the answer.
Bottom line, unless you can find the key you are going to have to buy a new copy of Office ... sorry. Buy a "Retail" / FPP / 2-computer license next time.
