Row Subheading 4, 5, and 6 to format grouping rows in a pivot table

I have a pivot table that has 6 grouping levels.  There are about twenty data columns, so I want the six grouping rows to each have their own fill and font color.

Row Subheading works perfect for three grouping levels, but at level 4, it repeats the font and fill colors for level 1, with level 5 the same as level 2, and six the same as 3.  This gets confusing.

I've tried conditional formats, which work fine for the grouping data columns, but it won't work on the numerical data.  I've tried a vba macro to run a conditional format each time a cell is clicked, but the macro shades the wrong cell, not the cells listed in the macro.

How do I attached anything?  There's only a hyperlink.  Here's a picture of the file.  The grouping colors work well for the first three rows, along with conditional formatting on the columns.  The fourth row, however, is now the same color as the second row, which I cannot control.  You'll notice the fourth column is the lightest shade of blue, but the corresponding row is not light blue.  I'm using the pivot table styles Row Subheading 1,2, and 3.  There is no Row Subheading 4, and I cannot get conditional formatting to work.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
