I beleive snapshot viewer was deprecated with Access 2007. Why bother with it when you can automatically output to PDF?
Hope this helps,

Actually I make a Administration program and it needed to be open the report with snapshot viewer. What I can do if I want to view the report of Access 2010 ? There are any possibilty to view the report? There are any viewer suitable to view the report?

As Scott said...save the report as a PDF file. Forget about snapshot files. They are a thing of the past.

What is the code for your program? I suspect it is using the OutputTo command to create a SNP file. So change that so it outputs to PDF.

Thanks for your reply... I don't know which code ! I make the administration program without writing any code (I use PWCT language) , I think , I use OutputTo command to create a SNP file, where I must be change to PDF ? I don't know !

What is PWCT?  Access code is done with VBA!

Code is usually written behind a button so what button do you press to view the report?
Hope this helps,

I checked out PWCT. Actually looks very interesting. It appears to be a code generating tool. The problem is, it doesn't support VBA. So the code it is generating is in some other language. That code probably doesn't know that Access can now write directly to PDF and doesn't use SNP anymore. So I'm not sure whether you can change it or how.
