access 2010 round function

In Access 2010, I am trying to use the Round() function in a query and it only works with zero decimal places. If I use anything else I just get the result with all of the decimal places. Does anyone know if this is a known bug.

Okay what is field Data Type?  Because I get...

Round (x,0) Correctly returns 12

Round (x,1) Correctly returns 12.3

Round (x,2) Correctly returns 12.35

Round (x,3) Correctly returns 12.346 even though wrong but that's Access

My field is Double.  The Round (x,3) never worked right.  Have a look at...
