Microsoft Word icon does not get displayed properly

I have this problem with a user. All office applications are fine, but only MS Word is blank. When I login like a user MS Word doesn't show me any icon either on task bar or in the Programm files menu. When I login like a local admin, MS Word shows its usual icon. Problem somewhere in the user's profile...I haven't had a chance to "rebuild icon cache" when login like a user.

Finally, what I did.

When I went to the Program files\office ...long path...folder. where actual office exe files  reside, I saw exe have proper icons.


What I did:

1) Create shortcut from Word exe file on the desktop.It had a proper word icon

2) Unpinned "empty" icon and pinned the new one

3) Removed "empty" icon from Start-all Programs menu, and copied the new one.


It was quite easy...sorry, may be I am stupid.
