Where/how can I download Visio Connector for Project/EPM/SPS tool?

That forum give details of a Visio Connector for Project that allows for easy generation of workflow diagrams in Visio.  This would be very useful to me, but the download at the following URL is no longer available.  Is there something similar or is there another path to get that add on.  It seems that it would be extremely useful in project management for communicating project status.

See the Visio 2007 Professional WBS Modeler.

It appears to be the closest to the original connector.
