send/receive error message 0x8004210e

I have started receiving send/receive error message 0x8004210e today. It relates to the accounts I created to receive email from my website. The text of the error states that the account(s) are being used currently or connected to another application. What does this mean and what can I do about it?

This is an error coming from your ISP informing you that your mailbox is currently locked. If restarting Outlook doesn't solve it, you can contact your ISP to verify the current status of your mailbox.

Try sending emails from the webmail. If you are failed to send emails from the web mail then  call your Internet Service provider to help on this issue.
