Microsoft Office Outlook 2007

Hi Team,

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2007 Now last 4 to 5 days I am facing a measure issue in my outlook 2007 when I am start the outlook when outlook fetch the old mails around one and two months old mails which mails I am already received and one more issue and now I am received any new mails so each mails two copy received my inbox so please help how resolve issue..

From your description, I understand that you’re receiving duplicate emails in Outlook.

I will work with you to resolve this issue, however I need additional information:

1) What type of email account are you working on? Is it POP3, IMAP or Exchange server email account?
2) Do you have the option, 'Leave a copy of messages on server' checked?

Try the following methods and verify the result:

1) Move/delete the already downloaded emails from web mail and then perform Send/Receive and verify the result.
2) If issue still persists, create new profile, configure the email account and verify the result.
