McAfee anti-spam add-in error

I had my computer wiped and Windows 7 installed. I had it done because I'm just computer literate enough to get myself in a LOT of trouble.   I also installed Office Enterprise 2007 and McAfee 2011.  When I launch Outlook, I get the message, The Add-in "McAfee Anti-Spam" (c:\progra~1\mcafee\msk\mskolplg.dll) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook.  Please contact the add-in manufacturer for an update.  If no update is available, please unstall the Add-in.  I searched Tools, Trust Center, Add-ins, Com add-ins and McAfee is not listed anywhere (not even in the disabled add-in section).  I did a "repair" with the original office disk but the message still appears.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Press WinKey+R.  In the Open field, type

%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook

and press enter.  WIndows Explorer should open and you should see a file named extend.dat.  Delete that file and then try starting Outlook.  What happens?

I would not use the antispam feature of McAfee if it caused trouble like this.  I'd uninstall McAfee completely, reinstall without the antispam (or email antivirus scanning) feature, then just increase the Outlook Junk E-mail filter's sensitivity.
