This Might help, Open Outlook in Application Safe:
1. Click on Start > Type Run. In the search bar and press Enter.
2. Now in the open text box please type “Outlook /safe” without quotes (there is a space after Outlook) and hit Ok.
3. Now check if Outlook is working fine.
If outlook is working in Application Safe mode rename the .dat files:
Outlook has the .dat files that it uses in order to keep Outlook operating smoothly. Try RENAMING these files (you might not find the entire files.launching outlook after renaming the new .dat files will be generated.)
