Why can I not sign into my hotmail account?

Every time I try to sign in, my wife's account automatically turns up, and I can not figure out how to change from her to my hotmail.

It seems that your concern is about preventing auto sign in option into your Hotmail account.

Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

1. Are you accessing Outlook from a browser or from an Outlook app?
2. If you're using Outlook.com, which web browser are you using?

If you're using Outlook.com, you will find a checkbox with an option "Keep me sign in" you may uncheck the box. Then, sign out, click on the name that is displayed in the window and click on Sign out. Try signing in again and check if the issue persist.

As an addition to that, you may also clear the history, cache and cookies of the browser by following the steps provided by ZigZag3143 (MS -MVP) from this link and check if it makes any difference.
