My MSN email accounts.

I used to be able to sign in to the MSN page access my email and edit the email and contacts. Now I can't find any of those features. Also, the "new' msn is about as obscure and user-unfriendly as any site I've been to in many years.

The problem has been going on for over a year. I've asked about where my email account access is and get the run around asking if I've made changes to my system or computer: NO! I made no changes. Yet I certainly get the note to renew my premium account. I will renew if I can use the feature that I originally paid for. MSN changed something and I no longer can access the login butterfly (it disappeared). If I go to MSN.com I cannot find my email account or contacts list. I get the tech help script run around and somehow it's assumed to be my fault.  My email info is supposed to be stored at MSN, it has disappeared in the past and been restored by MSN. I use MSN for two email accounts and to edit my contacts list. Where are they and how can I access them. Windows 10, latest updates period.

My cell number is <PII removed>.

Thanks

Outlook.com powers MSN and Hotmail accounts. There's been a transitional move to Outlook.com for some time.

Have you tried logging into Outlook.com with your MSN User Name and Password. I believe you can then see your emails/contacts/folders.

Have you tried repairing the MSN Software?

Go to Control Panel > Programs & Features > Uninstall Programs

Click on the Software > Click Uninstall

Select the Repair Option

Follow the prompts then reboot

MSN Solution Center

is the best place to ask questions regarding MSN Software. The MSN Software Experts work on that forum.

Re-post the question and screenshot to MSN Solution Center. They can look into the issue with the account.

Or, you can use this Tech Support link located towards the bottom left to contact MSN Support.

So, I'm confused. I am asking MSN Help and am being asked to contact someone else? Here's the deal the way I see it. I'm a paying subscriber to MSN.com and went to MSN for help. Got a few replies that were not helpful. I don't know and, frankly, don't care about how the help system is set up internally. If you are not the person to help me then transfer our conversation to the right tech and have that tech answer my questions.  I'll take note of the addresses you mentioned but expect a one point contact for my $. Also, the added info below seems to be someone else's correspondence.

Thank you.

I've split the other user to create his own thread.

I've directed you to the proper Tech Support personel who has the advantage I don't have. They may look into your software settings to determine what is causing your issue. I do not have the authority to do such.
