I have Email account and all of a sudden, after years of no problems, can no longer send Emails via my phone (IOS). still receive them but can not send. Checked with my carrier and they said I needed to contact Microsoft for assistance. Looked on website but unable to find info on my problem. Anyone else have this issue? Solution ?Thanks ...

Did you use any web browser to check if the issue persist over there?

Are you able to send and receive emails successfully through webpage?

You may need to contact the Mac support for this if is specific to IOS application.

Check if you get any error message while sending emails like reached send email quota.

I would suggest you to go through the below links:

I would suggest you to try the web browser and try to send the test email to yourself and check if it is working.

If the issue does not appear on webpage you may have to reconfigure your email account with the client that you are using on your IOS.
